Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Method
- Cream sugar and margarine.
- Mix in egg and vanilla.
- Stir dry ingredients together; blend into sugar-margarine mixture. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Using half of dough at a time, make cut-outs.
- Roll dough to 3/16-inch thickness. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake 7 to 8 minutes until delicately golden.
- Decorate with Easy Creamy Decorating Icing.
