Ingredients
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can Veg-All, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 to 18 Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Mix all ingredients except crackers together.
- Crush crackers and put crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Double this to make good-sized dish.
