Ingredients

  • 6 bananas
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small bottle cherries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • Cool Whip
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Melt one stick margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Line bottom of 3 x 9 x 13-inch pan with mixture.
  • Mix eggs, vanilla, sugar and remaining margarine and beat for 15 minutes. Pour over crumbs.
  • Slice bananas and place over mixture.
  • Spread on pineapple.
  • Cover with Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle nuts and top with cherries.
