- 2 slices onion, diced
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- sage to taste
- unsalted poultry seasoning to taste
- 1 slice diet wheat bread, toasted and crumbled
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1 Melba toast, crumbled
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine all ingredients in small, ovensafe bowl.
- Wrap bowl in foil and bake for 30 minutes.
