Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch Style party dip mix
  • 3 baking potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese

Method

  • You will need Reynolds plastic wrap and Reynolds Cut Rite wax paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine yogurt and dip mix.
  • Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
  • Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges.
  • On a large microwave-safe plate, arrange potato wedges in circle.
  • Brush potato wedges with butter; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
  • Rotate plate 1/2 turn. Microwave additional 7 to 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove wax paper.
  • Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
  • Let stand until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with prepared party dip.
  • Refrigerate leftover dip.
  • Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
  • Makes 4 servings.
