Ingredients
- 1 quart. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1 (30 ounce.) can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. light rum (opt.)
- Grnd nutmeg
Method
- Beat ice cream in a large bowl till smooth.
- Stir in lowfat milk.
- Then pumpkin pie mix and rum.
- Cover and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
