Ingredients
- 1 can (7-1/2 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- dried oregano leaves
- Finely chopped red and green pepper
Method
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits on greased cookie sheet.
- Flatten each biscuit with bottom of glass.
- Top biscuits with pizza sauce and cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano and peppers.
- Bake at 450F for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Makes 10 servings.
