Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 2 pkg. orange jello (orange fruit salad)
Method
- Drain oranges, reserving syrup; add enough water to syrup to make 2 cups liquid.
- Place liquid in saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin.
- Add sherbet, stirring until dissolved.
- Chill until thick.
- Stir in oranges.
- Pour into a 2 quart ring mold; chill until firm.
- Wrap in moisture proof paper; freeze.
- Unwrap and thaw in refrigerator.
