Ingredients

  • 16 chocolate tart shells (ready made)
  • 1/2 gal. your favorite holiday ice cream
  • (Suggestions: mint, pumpkin, eggnog, praline pecan)
  • Whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip
  • Candied red and green cherries or possibly chocolate curls

Method

  • Place tart shells on large baking sheet and place in the freezer till well chilled.
  • Place a large scoop of your favorite holiday ice cream in each tart shell.
  • If you like cover and return to freezer up to 1 week.
  • To serve, garnish each with whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip and candied cherries or possibly chocolate curls.
  • Makes 16 servings.
