Ingredients
- 2 cans hominy
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. oleo or butter
Method
- Cook hominy until dry.
- Cut up cheese in Pyrex dish and pour hominy over.
- Add salt, pepper and sour cream.
- Spread cheese and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly.
