Ingredients

  • 4 c. (1 lb.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • dash of garlic salt
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
  • pecans, chopped

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well with hands and shape into a ball.
  • Refrigerate cheese ball for 5 minutes; then garnish with the parsley, olives or chopped pecans (or a combination of all three).
