- 4 c. (1 lb.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- dash of garlic salt
- fresh parsley, chopped
- pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
- pecans, chopped
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well with hands and shape into a ball.
- Refrigerate cheese ball for 5 minutes; then garnish with the parsley, olives or chopped pecans (or a combination of all three).
