Ingredients
- 1 lb. braunschweiger (Kahn's Bavarian style preferred)
- 4 c. (two 1 lb. cartons) sour cream (Borden preferred)
- 2 envelopes onion soup mix (Lipton preferred)
Method
- Cut the braunschweiger into small pieces.
- Add the sour cream and the onion soup mix to the braunschweiger in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
