- 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked by directions on box
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp. bell pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. mild cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes, uncovered, in greased dish.
