Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled cubed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 8 slices bacon, in 2 inch pieces
- butter
Method
- Place mixture on 18x18 inch square of foil - top with bacon and dot with butter.
- Wrap securely with a double fold seal.
- Place on grill 4-6 inches from med high coals.
- grill for approximately 25-30 minutes.
