Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 20 Hi-Ho Ritz crackers
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar, then beat again.
- Add baking powder.
- Beat again for 1 minute.
- Crush crackers and stir into mixture with spoon.
- Stir in nuts.
- Cook on 350° for 30 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Add Cool Whip before serving.
