- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Cucumber Sauce (recipe follows)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix meat, eggs, onion, garlic and seasonings in large bowl until well blended.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place meatballs on rack in 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
