Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jumbo shells pasta
  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 20 oz. frozen spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan

Method

  • Cook shells, rinse in cold water and set aside.
  • Mix spinach, eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, onion salt, garlic powder and Parmesan. Place 1/2 c. sauce in bottom of pan.
  • Stuff shells and place in pan.
  • Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
