- 12 oz. jumbo shells pasta
- 32 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 20 oz. frozen spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
Method
- Cook shells, rinse in cold water and set aside.
- Mix spinach, eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, onion salt, garlic powder and Parmesan. Place 1/2 c. sauce in bottom of pan.
- Stuff shells and place in pan.
- Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
