Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
- msg if desired
Method
- Clean cabbage carefully and chop into about 2 to 3 inch pieces.
- Place oil in hot wok (or frying pan) with garlic chopped into small pieces.
- Add the cabbage all at once.
- You may need to add a little water to keep from sticking.
- When cabbage is beginning to get cooked, add a pinch of salt and MSG to taste.
- When cabbage is cooked thoroughly, drain water and serve hot with rice and other meat dishes.
