Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • msg if desired

Method

  • Clean cabbage carefully and chop into about 2 to 3 inch pieces.
  • Place oil in hot wok (or frying pan) with garlic chopped into small pieces.
  • Add the cabbage all at once.
  • You may need to add a little water to keep from sticking.
  • When cabbage is beginning to get cooked, add a pinch of salt and MSG to taste.
  • When cabbage is cooked thoroughly, drain water and serve hot with rice and other meat dishes.
