Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. Hershey cocoa
- 8 to 9-inch chocolate crumb crust
- 1/3 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed or 2 c. heavy cream with 1/4 c. sugar, whipped stiff
Method
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in small mixer bowl until blended.
- Add cocoa alternating with milk, beating until smooth.
- Gradually add and fold in nondairy whipped topping until well combined.
- Spoon into pie shell.
- Chill until firm or freeze, if desired.
