Ingredients
- 8 medium Irish potatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Fill casserole half full of thinly sliced potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste; dot with butter.
- Put half can of mushroom soup. Put another layer of potatoes and other half of mushroom soup. Pour soup can half full of milk over potatoes.
- Bake at 350° until done.
