Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 thick slice of white bread
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. crushed dry marjoram
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Melt oleo and saute onions.
- Soak bread in milk (after breaking bread).
- Combine onions, bread and remaining ingredients. Mix well with hands and shape into loaf.
- Bake in a lightly greased pie plate or shallow baking dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
