Ingredients
- oil
- squash
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 tomatoes
- 1 can whole corn
Method
- Put a small amount of oil in a skillet with the squash, onion, bell pepper and chicken. Make sure these are cut into small pieces. Cook until almost done. Put this in a large pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook slow until tender.
