Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. grated sharp processed American cheese
- 1/2 c. light cream
Method
- Peel potatoes and cut as for French fries.
- Place in center of large piece of aluminum foil (use double thickness or heavy-duty). Shape foil to form baking dish.
- Dot potatoes with margarine; sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley and cheese.
- Pour cream over.
