Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large unpeeled baking potato, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
Method
- In bowl, combine first four ingredients.
- Brush cut sides of wedges with oil, then dip in seasoning.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
