Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. each chopped fresh basil, oregano and parsley
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Microwave potatoes as directed on package.
- Place potatoes in medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency.
