Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1 cup Formula 1 Protein Powder (vanilla)
- 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (smart balance)
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup
- 2 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 tsp Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together
- Press into the bottom of a dish and cut into 4 bars
- Store in refrigerator until desired
