Ingredients
- 1 pound Potatoes, Yukon Gold Or Dutch Yellow
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs, Chopped (I Used Equal Parts Rosemary, Sage And Thyme)
- 1/3 cups 1% Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Preferably Grass-fed
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- Parmesan Cheese, To Serve (optional)
Method
- Place the potatoes in a medium-large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender.
- While the potatoes are boiling, chop the herbs.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, place potatoes back in same pan. Add milk, butter, herbs, salt, and smash with a potato smasher or end of a wooden spoon. Stir everything together until combined.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
