Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon tarragon Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme Chopped, or dbl. amt.
  • 1 teaspoon dill Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper or more
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons butter room temperature

Method

  • Serve this with any grilled or baked fish.
  • Bake fish in a 500F oven or under a broiler, allowing 5 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness.
  • PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS in a blender and blend until butter is smooth.
  • Scrape into a bowl and offer at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
