Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon tarragon Chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme Chopped, or dbl. amt.
- 1 teaspoon dill Chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper or more
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons butter room temperature
Method
- Serve this with any grilled or baked fish.
- Bake fish in a 500F oven or under a broiler, allowing 5 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness.
- PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS in a blender and blend until butter is smooth.
- Scrape into a bowl and offer at room temperature for dolloping over fish.
