Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. melted margarine or vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Place yeast in warm water.
- Melt margarine, then cream in sugar.
- Add egg to sugar and oleo.
- Add yeast and water.
- Add flour and stir.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Stir down dough.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins.
- When they rise again and are ready, bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 2 dozen.
