Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. lime Jell-O
- 3/4 c. water (add to pineapple juice)
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Method
- Mix Jell-O with boiling water and pineapple juice.
- Mash cream cheese with mayonnaise and add milk.
- Add cream cheese mixture to Jell-O and congeal slightly before adding pineapple, mixed with lemon juice, pecans and celery.
- Congeal overnight.
- Serves 6 to 8.
