- 15 green bell peppers
- 15 ripe bell peppers
- 15 large onions
Method
- Grind in food chopper.
- Cover with boiling water.
- Drain and cover with weak boiling vinegar.
- Drain and add 1 pint vinegar, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon salt.
- Cook 20 minutes.
