Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown chops on both sides and layer in oblong casserole dish. Drain pineapple (reserving liquid).
- Top chops with pineapples. Sprinkle curry powder, salt and pepper on chops and pineapple. Measure 1/4 cup reserved liquid and pour over chops.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
