Ingredients
- 1 large chicken, boil and debone or 6 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. stuffing
Method
- Mix soups, margarine (melted) and sour cream.
- Pour over chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with stuffing.
- Pour broth over stuffing.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Uncover for the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
