Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 stick soft butter
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
Method
- Combine flour, nuts and butter.
- Mix and press into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Combine crem cheese, confectioners sugar and one carton Cool Whip.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread over cooled cake.
- Refrigerate.
