Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked, sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 c. plain croutons
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. light cream or milk
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Place carrots in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Stir in croutons and cheese.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, in preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes or until browned.
- Yields 6 servings.
