Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 3 Tablespoons No Sodium Taco Seasoning (or More If Needed)
- 1/4 cups Water, Or More If Needed
Method
- Brown turkey in a skillet.
- Drain browned turkey and return to the skillet.
- Add taco seasoning (more if you like it spicy!).
- Add water, about a couple of tablespoons, to the meat mixture.
- On medium heat, stir or mix until meat is completely covered with seasoning and sauce has thickened, about 1 minute or so.
- Turn off heat and serve!
