Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 2 lb. fish fillets, skinned
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
- Place fish in single layer on well-greased broiler pan.
- Brush fish with lemon juice.
- Broil 4 inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Remove from broiler and spread mixture on fillets.
- Broil 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Makes 6 servings.
