Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • 2 lb. fish fillets, skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl; set aside.
  • Place fish in single layer on well-greased broiler pan.
  • Brush fish with lemon juice.
  • Broil 4 inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Remove from broiler and spread mixture on fillets.
  • Broil 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Makes 6 servings.
