Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped toffee bars (6 oz.)
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Blend flour, margarine and sugars.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture.
- To the remainder, add the buttermilk, soda, egg, vanilla and 1/2 cup of chopped toffee bars.
- Blend well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
