Ingredients
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can coconut
- 4 Tbsp. oleo (liquid)
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except oleo, in large bowl, mixing until fluffy.
- Pour into raw pie shell.
- Dribble oleo over entire surface of pie.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 300° and bake 40 minutes, until crust is golden brown and pie is congealed.
