Ingredients

  • 2 portions Cooked udon noodles
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 300 grams Thinly sliced pork
  • 2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 3 heaping tablespoons Sake
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Daikon radish shoots (optional)
  • 1 Red pickled ginger

Method

  • Fry the pork with a little vegetable oil.
  • After it's cooked through, season with the ingredients.
  • Add the udon noodles.
  • Loosen the noodles and stir to mix.
  • Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with daikon radish shoots and pickled ginger.
