Ingredients
- 2 portions Cooked udon noodles
- 1/4 Onion
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 3 heaping tablespoons Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Daikon radish shoots (optional)
- 1 Red pickled ginger
Method
- Fry the pork with a little vegetable oil.
- After it's cooked through, season with the ingredients.
- Add the udon noodles.
- Loosen the noodles and stir to mix.
- Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with daikon radish shoots and pickled ginger.
