Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked and cubed potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onion in butter until tender.
- Add the ham.
- Stir together the flour and small amounts of milk (gradually, to prevent lumps).
- Add to onion and ham.
- Stir in potatoes and seasonings; stir until thickened.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Serves 8.
