Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 8 green onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 package hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
Method
- Brown sausage and green onions. Drain off fat. Add celery and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Add soups and chicken broth.
- Cook until blended.
- Add frozen hash browns and cook for about 1 hour.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in crock pot for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
