Ingredients

  • 12 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 2 Carrots, Peeled Then Chopped
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Chopped
  • 4 ounces, weight White Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 6 ounces, weight Elbow Macaroni

Method

  • 1. In a large pot over medium heat, bring broth and tomato paste to a boil.
  • 2. Add carrots, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, black pepper and basil and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add macaroni and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
