- 12 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 Carrots, Peeled Then Chopped
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight White Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 6 ounces, weight Elbow Macaroni
Method
- 1. In a large pot over medium heat, bring broth and tomato paste to a boil.
- 2. Add carrots, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, black pepper and basil and cook for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add macaroni and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
