Ingredients
- 6 oz. ground beef
- 4 small, sliced carrots
- 2 stalks sliced celery
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 small, diced onion
- 1/4 head shredded cabbage
Method
- Cook beef in heavy skillet; drain off all fat.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake until carrots and cabbage are tender.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Use any spices or herbs that you wish.
