Ingredients
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- salt to taste
- 1 bag corn chips
- salsa
- lettuce, shredded or torn in small pieces
- cheese
- 2 chopped onions
- water to cover beans
- olives, sliced
- sour cream (if desired)
Method
- Clean dry beans.
- Cook in Dutch oven or crock-pot.
- Add 1 onion and salt.
- Cook until beans are tender.
- Mash beans.
- Place chips on your plate.
- Top with hot cooked beans, then cheese.
- Add other ingredients on top as you choose.
