Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 1 can condensed sweetened milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • coconut

Method

  • Mix margarine and wafer crumbs together.
  • Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Add 1 layer sliced bananas.
  • Combine milk with lemon juice and spread over bananas.
  • Spread drained pineapple over mixture.
  • Spread whipped topping on top with coconut and cherries.
