Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell (can use frozen one)
- 1/2 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
- bananas, sliced
- 1/2 c. grated coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Cool Whip or whipped cream
Method
- Cook the crushed pineapple, sugar and flour until thick. Slice bananas into cooled pie shell to line bottom.
- Add to cooled pineapple mixture the grated coconut and chopped nuts.
- Pour mixture over bananas in pie shell.
- Let stand in refrigerator until cold.
- Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream before serving.
