Ingredients

  • 1 zuccini (cut in quarters)
  • 1 small yellow squash (cut in quarters)
  • 1 small eggplant (sliced into 1/4 inch slices)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced into 1/4 inch slices)
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Method

  • Wash your vegetables well. Prepare your vegetables and place on a cookie sheet. Use just enough olive oil to lightly cover vegetables. sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss to cover with the olive oil and spices.
  • Place on grill and cook until desired doneness.
