Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
- 3/8 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. fresh milk
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
Method
- Add liquid to cornstarch slowly until smooth paste.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring to prevent lumps, until thick.
- Pour into pan and refrigerate until cool.
- Cut into squares and serve.
