Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine -- melted
  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns -- thawed
  • 1/2 cup green onions -- chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese -- grated
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Topping
  • 1/2 stick margarine -- melted
  • crushed corn flakes or onions

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except topping. Spoon into casserole that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with topping. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
  • Bake at 350*F for 50-60 minutes.
