- 1 stick margarine -- melted
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns -- thawed
- 1/2 cup green onions -- chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese -- grated
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- Topping
- 1/2 stick margarine -- melted
- crushed corn flakes or onions
Method
- Mix all ingredients except topping. Spoon into casserole that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with topping. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake at 350*F for 50-60 minutes.
